A typical scenario for achieving or maintaining ISO 9001:2000 certification will be:
- a series of visits By Q Tech to talk to people at all levels within the organisation and gather information
- Q Tech will use the information gathered to prepare a Project Plan, agreeing draft documentation and highlight other necessary changes
